Who Can Apply?

The following eligibility requirements must be met before applying:

One of the following:

Be between the ages of 18 and 30
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status (work permits and student visas are ineligible)
Possess a valid Social Insurance Number

And:

Graduated from high school and considering pursuing post-secondary education; or
Currently pursuing post-secondary education; or
Recently graduated from a post-secondary institution
